Welcome to the AES Virtual Homework Café (VHWC)! We provide a supportive online space for elementary, middle, and high school students to complete assignments with guidance from certified educators. Our flexible schedule and diverse learning environments – including quiet and social spaces – help students achieve academic success while maintaining a healthy school-life balance.

The Social Café is a collaborative space where students can work on homework together, fostering teamwork and communication in a relaxed, interactive environment.
Quiet Virtual
Homework Café
The Quiet Café provides a focused, distraction-free environment for independent study. Students can still access peer and educator support when needed.
Breakout Rooms
in Both Cafés
Breakout Rooms offer focused, one-on-one or small group tutoring with certified educators. Students receive targeted support on specific subjects or assignments.
How the AES Virtual Homework Café Works:
Our Virtual Homework Café is open Monday through Thursday, from 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM CST. During these hours, students can join our Social Café for collaborative study or our Quiet Café for focused, independent work.
In addition to these general help spaces, we offer subject-specific Breakout Rooms for targeted assistance. These Breakout Rooms run for one hour each, following this schedule:

To join the AES Virtual Homework Café and access Breakout Rooms, purchase a membership here. Members can join the Social and Quiet Cafés by visiting the services page.
Students are welcome to move between the Social/Quiet Cafés and their subject-specific Breakout Room sessions as needed. This flexible structure allows students to get the support they need while managing their time effectively.
