Professional & Provider Referrals

Thank you for everything that you do to treat and support your patients and families! You may have school-aged patients that are thriving in therapy but require additional support at school. Archimedes Educational Services works in tandem with you, your patients and families, educators, and other providers to identify and implement appropriate accommodations in school. Your patient may qualify for a Section 504 Plan, Special Education, or require Homebound and Transitional Services. Archimedes Educational Services is also able to provide education and other resources to your patients, families, and schools to ensure continuity in care.
