We work in tandem with you, your patients, families, educators, and other providers to identify and implement appropriate accommodations in school. Whether your students qualify for a Section 504 Plan, Special Education, or require Homebound & Transitional Services, we have the expertise to help. In addition, we provide education and other resources to your patients, families, and schools to ensure continuity in care.
